I've been given the Liebster Award!!! :)

I was given the Liebster Award by Julie over at Julie's and Yes Dear's Ravings blog ! Wow!

Thank you Julie! I really do appreciate the award:)

And, as I understand it, I am to pay it forward, so here is my list of five blogs (bloggers) I am awarding:
1) Becca over at Bryan House Quilts as I am so inspired by her to create quilts (I am a complete beginner);
2) Yvonne over at Boxoftrix as she is like me in her love of a variety of crafts (although more talented than me); and
3) Linda over at Billabongs2bling who also inspires me with her explorations of needle crafts (very talented); and
4) Dian over at Dians Beach Textiles who has shown me what a variety of products you can use in your crafts; and
5) Maggie over at Magstitch who makes me want to be brave at trying different crafts and materials.

Like Julie, I found it difficult to limit myself. I have collected quite a number of blogs that I follow as each and every one of them inspire me in one or another (or more than one) way to continue exploring crafts. There is not a specific craft I follow either as I am fascinated by so many crafts and feel that they can blend in together in so many ways. I just LOVE crafts:)

I don't think I mentioned it last time, but the award (which means beloved or darling one) is to help the up and comers get more followers.  I think it's a great idea!!  I hope you all enjoy your awards!  

So, here are my five facts about myself;

1) I met my husband on the Internet, and it did work out quite well for me:) We have now lived together for 11 years, and been married for 7 1/2.

2) I am dreaming of the day when we can settle down in a nice little house in the countryside, with a nice craft studio for me, and a bit of land for growing fruit and veg, and having chickens, ducks and perhaps a few goats (and my dream is to have a horse one day).

3) I did a course in horse grooming when I was around 20. I loved every minute of it and wish that I could have worked with it, but when I tried to get a job as a groom I realized that because of my age I would have had to pay to work, and that is just not an option...

4) I am very practically minded, and love to be organised. I guess that is why my craft room is such a mess...I have this idea in my head about how a craft room should be, with little drawers and boxes for everything, and at the moment that is just not an option, and therefore it is really hard to get things the way I want (the way things are in my head)...

5) I have two sisters and one brother, and they are all older than me (which unfortunately does not make me young...). My brother has two adorable boys - Jonathan and Gabriel - and my oldest sister has one girl and one boy - Annica and Andreas. I love my family to bits, and sometimes it is hard being so far away, but I have to live my own life.
